These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revenuenaire (the "Service"), operated by Revenuenaire ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Revenuenaire provides revenue-management and dynamic-pricing tools for short-term rentals and hospitality businesses, including a self-serve pricing platform and, for managed clients, done-for-you revenue management on top of your existing pricing tools and channels. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in with an email and password or with a supported third-party provider such as Google. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, disrupting its operation, reverse-engineering it, reselling it without permission, or using it to violate any law or the terms of any connected third-party platform.
The Service connects to third-party platforms you authorize (for example your channel manager or property management system, such as Beds24, Smoobu or OwnerRez, and booking channels). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are based on your active listings and the plan tier. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect as described at checkout. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of the data you provide or that we import on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Revenuenaire and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Pricing recommendations and analytics are informational and do not guarantee any particular occupancy, revenue, or business outcome. You are responsible for the rates and settings you approve and publish.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenuenaire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive by their nature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
