How to connect - step by step
The whole setup takes about five minutes and splits into two short parts.
In Beds24

Open the Beds24 Marketplace
Log in to your Beds24 account and, in the left sidebar, click Marketplace to open Available Apps.

Find Revenuenaire and Connect
Locate the Revenuenaire card (or search "Revenuenaire") and click Connect.

Enable your rooms
Set the room(s) you want us to manage to Enabled, then Save. Enabling write access lets us push prices and stay rules.
In Revenuenaire

Create your Revenuenaire account
Sign up or log in at app.revenuenaire.com and open Connect - Beds24.

Detect your account
Press Detect my account and enter the email on your Beds24 account. Your shared rooms appear, ready to import.

Import and activate
Click Import listings, activate the ones you want managed, set your base and minimum price, then Sync.
That is it. From then on Revenuenaire keeps your Beds24 calendar in sync - new prices and stay rules publish automatically whenever you change them.
What syncs
Revenuenaire only writes to the rooms you enable in the Beds24 Marketplace, and only the fields above. Your bookings, guests and account settings are never modified.
Frequently asked
Do I need an API key or invite code?
No. You connect entirely through the Beds24 Marketplace - just enable Revenuenaire and share your rooms. There is nothing to copy or paste.
Can I connect more than one Beds24 account?
Yes. Enable Revenuenaire in each Beds24 account, then run Detect my account once per account, entering that account’s email so we link the right rooms.
What does Revenuenaire change in Beds24?
Only the rooms you enable, and only your nightly price, minimum stay, check-in / check-out rules and block-outs. We never touch your bookings, guests or account settings.
Is my data safe?
Connections are made through the official Beds24 Marketplace with scoped access. You can disable a room or disconnect at any time from either side.
