Open Connect - OwnerRez
Sign up or log in at app.revenuenaire.com, open Connect - OwnerRez and click Connect OwnerRez.

Sign in to OwnerRez
You are taken to OwnerRez. Sign in to your OwnerRez account if asked.

Authorize Revenuenaire
Review the permissions and click Authorize. OwnerRez sends you straight back to Revenuenaire.
Import and price in Revenuenaire

Import your properties
Click Import listings. Your OwnerRez properties appear with their bookings and availability.

Activate and set your range
Activate the properties you want priced, then set a base and minimum price for each.

Preview and Sync
Check the pricing calendar, then click Sync to publish your first prices to OwnerRez.
That is it. From then on OwnerRez webhooks keep Revenuenaire up to date the moment a booking changes, and new prices and stay rules publish to OwnerRez automatically.
What syncs
Revenuenaire only writes prices and stay rules to the properties you activate, plus the direct-booking quotes and guest replies you create. Existing bookings, payments and account settings are never modified.

Do I need an API key?
No. You connect by signing in to OwnerRez and authorizing Revenuenaire. There is nothing to copy or paste.
Does Revenuenaire use webhooks?
Yes. OwnerRez notifies Revenuenaire the moment a booking is created, changed or cancelled, so availability stays current. A background sync every 30 minutes also refreshes the next 365 days as a safety net, and you can press Sync on any listing at any time.
What does Revenuenaire change in OwnerRez?
Nightly prices, minimum stay and no-arrival / no-departure days on the properties you activate. If you use a Revenuenaire booking website or inbox, it also creates the guest and booking quote for direct bookings, and posts your replies to guest threads. It never edits or cancels existing bookings, payments or account settings.
How do direct bookings reach OwnerRez?
When a guest books on your Revenuenaire website, we check the stay with OwnerRez, create the guest and a booking quote, and send the guest to the OwnerRez payment link - so the booking and payment live in OwnerRez.
Can I connect more than one OwnerRez account?
Yes. Repeat Connect OwnerRez for each account from the same Revenuenaire workspace.
How do I disconnect?
Deactivate a property to stop pricing it, or disconnect OwnerRez in Revenuenaire. You can also revoke Revenuenaire from your connected apps in OwnerRez - we detect it instantly and stop syncing. Rates already in OwnerRez stay as they are.
